Desktop Publisher (Temporary – 6 months)

Your role

As a Desktop Publisher at EAGE, you will support our communications and design output by producing and adapting a wide range of visual materials. You ensure that all print and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with our brand identity. In this temporary role (6 months), you will be an essential part of the workflow that brings our events and publications to life.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Create and adapt layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, magazines, and other printed materials.

• Produce digital assets such as social visuals, presentations, web imagery, signage and advertisements.

• Prepare files for print and conduct thorough quality checks.

• Maintain consistency within the EAGE brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with other creatives within the team, and other communication teams.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Support efficient communication with external print and production partners.

Your profile

• Relevant education or experience in DTP, graphic design, or a related field.

• Strong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken).

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a hands-on mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for producing high-quality visual materials.

Our offer

• A temporary full-time position for 6 months as a temporary replacement during maternity leave

• A market-conform salary between € 3,065.65 and € 4,379.50 fulltime (40 hours per week) per month depending on experience.
